If after reading these articles you are not entirely satisfied with the service you have received from Caller Centre Ltd, we will provide a refund of any service charges which you have incurred by using our service.
Please follow the below instructions to request your refund:
1. Ensure you have all of the relevant information to raise a refund request
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your telephone number
- The 09 number you dialled
- A copy of your phone bill
- Your bank details for your refund payment
2. Raise a refund request
Simply submit all of the required information into our customer services ticketing system by clicking 'Submit a ticket' and choosing 'Request a refund' and we'll take care of the rest!
*Please note that refunds can only be made to the bill holder.
