Caller Centre's call connection services are advertised via search engines to help connect you to the organisation you need to speak to quickly and with ease, via our premium rate telephone numbers.
You will be displayed with our advert which describes the nature of our service. Clicking this advert will take you to the relevant landing page of our website. This landing page gives you a wide range of information on the organisation such as their opening times, address, service information and more, including the choice of call connection should you wish to use it.
If you'd prefer to find the direct number elsewhere at no or lower cost, you can use the URL for the organisation which we have provided. You can click on the link and be directed to their website to continue searching.
If after reviewing our service you choose to use one of our premium rate call connection numbers, you will be dialling one of our 09 numbers which will appear on your bill, not the number of the company. Users of our service should be aged 18 years or over and have the permission of the bill payer before using our service. By dialling our number you acknowledge and agree to the charges shown on the page. Please ensure that you have a pen and paper ready as when you dial our number you will be read the direct number for the company before being given the option to be connected through to them. When you call our number from a mobile phone (and your number is not withheld) you will also be given the option to receive the company’s direct number for future use along with a link to their website and their opening times. If you opt-in to receive this information you will receive it via either a billable or free SMS to your mobile handset. The price of this SMS is clearly stated on the landing page, including the associated cost.

We take pride in offering a high quality, useful service, so in the unlikely event that you have used our call connection service and are not entirely satisfied with the service you have received and would like a refund, please submit all of the required information into our customer services ticketing system by clicking 'Submit a ticket' and choosing 'Request a refund' and we'll take care of the rest!
