Caller Centre Ltd is a call connection company. Like Directory Enquiry companies and others, we offer number information and the choice of call connection to leading UK companies. We do this via 09 premium rate telephone numbers, plus either a billable or free information SMS messages for mobile users. We believe this is a valuable service at a time when many large organisations seem intent to avoid easy call access to their customer services departments preferring instead to steer users toward lengthy, time-consuming written communication or live chat services.

 If you are not entirely satisfied with the call connection service you received from Caller Centre Ltd and would like to request a refund, please read the instructions below.

1. Ensure you have all of the relevant information to raise a refund request

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your telephone number
  • The 09 number you dialled
  • A copy of your phonebill
  • Your bank details for your refund payment


2. Raise a refund request

Submit all of the required information into our customer services ticketing system by clicking 'Submit a ticket' and choosing 'Request a refund' and we'll take care of the rest!
