Each landing page which promotes a premium rate call connection number clearly displays the relevant charges associated with using the service.
If you have used our call connection service, you will have been charged at one of the following price points:
- Our charge of a £6 connection charge, plus a free SMS, plus the relevant Access Charge set out by your communications provider

- Our charge of a £3.60 connection charge followed by £3.60 per minute, plus the relevant Access Charge set out by your communications provider

- Our charge of a £3.60 connection charge followed by £2.00 per minute, plus the relevant Access Charge set out by your communications provider
|
- Our charge of a £3.60 connection charge followed by £1.50 per minute, plus the relevant Access Charge set out by your communications provider

- Our charge of a £6 connection charge plus £6 mobile information sms with no further charges after that, plus the relevant Access Charge set by your communications provider

- Our charge of a £6 connection charge plus £3 mobile information sms with no further charges after that, plus the relevant Access Charge set by your communications provider

Request a refund
If you have used our call connection service and are not entirely satisfied with the service you have received and would like a refund, please submit all of the required information into our customer services ticketing system by clicking 'Submit a ticket' and choosing 'Request a refund' and we'll take care of the rest!
