Assuming that you have all of the information that is required to process a refund, listed below, our Accounts department will process your refund via bank transfer and this is usually done within 10 working days.
Details required to process a refund
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your telephone number
- The 09 number you dialled
- A copy of your phonebill
- Your bank details for your refund payment
If you haven't requested a refund yet, but would like to, please submit all of the required information into our customer services ticketing system by clicking 'Submit a ticket' and choosing 'Request a refund' and we'll take care of the rest!
