Maximum call durations

Maximum call durations apply to all our premium rate numbers. Once the maximum duration has been reached your call will be automatically disconnected.


Please note that the maximum duration is set at network level, not by Caller Centre Ltd., to ensure that they comply with PSD2 payment requirements.


Our landing pages detail the maximum call duration applicable to the service you are using so that you can decide whether you want to use the service, taking the maximum call duration in to account. The maximum call duration information is also included in our Terms & Conditions.
